11-Year-Old Boy Dies Under Truck After Two-Wheeler Skids in Pune's Hinjewadi

An 11-year-old boy died in a road accident after falling from a motorcycle and coming under the rear wheels of a truck in the Hinjewadi area of Pune on Monday, police said.

The boy was travelling on the two-wheeler along with his father and sister when the incident took place on Nande-Mhalunge Road.

CCTV footage of the incident captured the motorcycle skidding on a broken stretch of the road, which led to the child falling off the vehicle and coming directly under the truck.

Following the accident, the police registered a case against the truck driver for alleged reckless driving.
