14-Year-Old Boy Killed in Cement Mixer Truck Accident Near Dahisar Toll Plaza

A 14-year-old boy was killed and his father injured after a cement mixer truck struck their two-wheeler near the Godavari Lodge by the Dahisar toll plaza in Mira Road on Monday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Saurabh Vishwakarma. The fatal incident occurred at around 1:00 PM while Saurabh was travelling home on a two-wheeler with his father after his school had let out for the day.

According to reports, the cement mixer truck was travelling behind the two-wheeler and collided heavily with the vehicle. The impact caused both the father and son to crash onto the road.

During the fall, Saurabh came under the wheels of the heavy vehicle. He sustained severe injuries and died on the spot. His father was also injured during the collision.

Officers and personnel from the Kashimira police arrived at the location shortly after the accident. The police took control of the situation at the scene and began the necessary legal formalities to file an official accident report.
