54-Year-Old Driver Dies After Fall From Mumbai Airport T2 Parking Lot

A 54-year-old man died after falling from the parking lot of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport’s Terminal 2 in Mumbai on Thursday afternoon. The deceased has been identified by police as Pramod Jadhav, who worked as a driver for a judge of the Bombay High Court.
According to the Sahar police, the incident took place around 12 pm. Jadhav was immediately rushed to Cooper Hospital following the fall, but attending doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
Investigators stated that the incident is currently suspected to be a case of suicide. An employee who worked alongside the victim told police officers that immediately after they parked the vehicle at the P10 level of the terminal parking lot, Jadhav ran to the edge and fell to his death.
The Sahar police station has registered an Accidental Death Report, and the body has been sent for a post-mortem examination.
Police officials added that Jadhav's family members informed them that he had been suffering from liver disease for the past five to six years.
