64-Year-Old Man Rescued After Falling into Drain in Thane's Chendani Koliwada

A 64-year-old man was safely rescued after falling into a drain near the CIDCO bus stop on Kharton Road in Thane's Chendani Koliwada area on Sunday morning.

According to civic authorities, the incident was reported to emergency services at approximately 8:55 am on Sunday, August 23.

Following the alert, personnel from the local Disaster Management Cell and the Fire Department responded to the scene near the CIDCO bus stop. Rescue teams worked together to pull the senior citizen out of the drain.

After being brought to safety, the 64-year-old man was handed over to personnel from the Thane Nagar Police.
