Actor Irina Rudakova Seeks Mumbai Police Action After Car Driver Assaults Auto Driver

Russian model and actress Irina Rudakova, also known as Irina Rai, has sought assistance from the Mumbai police after witnessing a car driver verbally abuse and physically assault her auto rickshaw driver in Mumbai.

The Bigg Boss Marathi fame actress posted a video recording of the road confrontation to her Instagram account, calling for an end to such conduct. In the footage, Rudakova captured the full incident, including the registration plates of both the auto rickshaw she was travelling in and the car driven by the aggressor.

At the start of the video, Rudakova appealed to viewers for support, stating, "I want full support because this behaviour in Mumbai should stop and this is totally not right." The video shows a man stepping out of his car, grabbing the auto rickshaw driver by his collar, and dragging him out of the three-wheeler. The motorist was recorded shouting threats, saying, "Maarunga idhar him," while cursing him, as the auto driver repeatedly apologised and explained that he had not seen the car.

Following the altercation, the auto rickshaw driver returned to his vehicle and checked on Rudakova's safety, asking, "aapko laga to nahi?" to which she replied, "Nahi nahi." Rudakova stated that the private car had not sustained any scratches and described the driver's actions as "bakwas."

Rudakova accused the car driver of initiating chaos without reason and violating traffic rules before directing his anger at the auto driver. "Because such people can afford themselves to do this, then this small people suffer like this," she stated, adding, "He is not allowed to use hand on anyone. This is not good." She urged members of the public to repost the video and asked anyone with connections to the police to step forward and assist.

Rudakova, who works in the Indian entertainment sector as an actress, model, and dancer, made her screen acting debut in the television serial Chhoti Sarrdaarni. She subsequently participated in Bigg Boss Marathi Season 5, where she featured as the reality show's first foreign contestant.
