Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has shared an update on his demanding work schedule from Bandra, revealing that he recently worked until 4 AM before returning to his filming duties. The 83-year-old actor shared the details in a candid post on his Tumblr blog on Saturday, reassuring fans who have been concerned about his well-being.

The personal update comes amid recent rumours regarding the legendary actor's health. By sharing his active routine, Bachchan offered reassurance to millions of followers who have been anxious about his physical condition and active career.

In his blog post, which was published at 1 PM on Saturday, Bachchan wrote about his late-night filming session and his immediate return to the set. He stated that he was already back on his feet and preparing for another day of work shortly after waking up.

"Just up... worked till 4 am... now ready for work... keep well all... be careful of the Sun, and the heat... be hydrated..." Bachchan wrote in his post, advising his followers to remain safe and take precautions during the hot weather.

In a separate post on the platform, the veteran actor shared a series of introspective and philosophical thoughts regarding life's challenges and the process of personal growth. He expressed his belief that difficulties can serve as valuable lessons.

"The one good thing about problems is they will still be problems later ; don't have to deal with them right away .. Each day a learning .. and the gratitude of some issue that perturbs comes up and one gets the absolute training and knowledge of the issue and in turn , knowledge to be wiser or wise," Bachchan wrote.

He further elaborated on this philosophy, noting, "You do not need a problem to exact your learning; but if it does come the next time," one is better prepared to handle it.
