APMC Police Arrest Two Men, Recover Six Stolen Scooters in Navi Mumbai

The APMC police in Navi Mumbai have arrested two 20-year-old men and solved six scooter theft cases, recovering six stolen vehicles. The suspects were identified as Israfool Firdous Sheikh, a resident of Ekta Nagar slum in Sector 19, Vashi, and Ahmed Rais Sheikh, a resident of Kopri Gaon in Sector 26, Vashi.

The arrests followed an investigation launched after a series of scooter thefts were reported within the jurisdiction of the APMC police station in Navi Mumbai.

Officers investigating the thefts scanned CCTV footage from the specific areas where the vehicles had gone missing. Through the video analysis, police teams successfully identified the suspects and launched a search operation.

The probe led the police team to Sheikh and Rais, who were subsequently apprehended. During the course of the investigation, officers recovered all six stolen scooters.
