BJP Tells Rahul Gandhi to Inspect Congress-Ruled States Over Tribal Hostels

The Bharatiya Janata Party in Maharashtra has hit back at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over a letter he sent to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis regarding the grievances of tribal students.

The state BJP asked Gandhi to first inspect the functioning of tribal welfare departments and hostels in Congress-ruled states, including Telangana and Karnataka, before raising issues in Maharashtra.

The Maharashtra BJP accused Gandhi of following a pattern of "doing wrong first, then creating noise when action is taken."

The party also affirmed that the Maharashtra state government is capable of protecting the interests of tribal communities and students.
