CM Devendra Fadnavis Launches Digital Dashboard At Vidhan Bhavan To Track House Business

On Thursday, July 9, 2026, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated a state-of-the-art digital dashboard at Vidhan Bhavan in Mumbai to enable the real-time tracking of pending parliamentary instruments. The initiative marks a major push towards the digital transformation of the Maharashtra Legislature.

The new system is designed to replace the traditional paper-based monitoring system that was previously used by the legislature. By transitioning to a digital platform, the government aims to significantly improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency in its daily operations.

According to official statements, the digital dashboard will strengthen coordination between the Maharashtra government and the legislature. It achieves this by providing live, real-time updates on the status of various parliamentary business and proceedings.

Among the instruments that can now be tracked digitally are starred and unstarred questions, calling attention motions, and half-hour discussions. The system will also monitor special mentions and points of propriety, allowing officials to view the exact status of these legislative files instantly.

Officials asserted that the initiative will greatly enhance the government's ability to respond to legislative business in a timely and efficient manner. By replacing manual paperwork with live digital tracking, the administration expects to streamline how parliamentary proceedings are managed and resolved.

The inauguration of the dashboard at Vidhan Bhavan represents a key milestone in modernising the legislative processes of Maharashtra, ensuring a more responsive and organized governance framework.
