Eknath Shinde Assures Maratha Quota Without Harming Other Groups at Parbhani Event

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde stated on Sunday that the Mahayuti government remains committed to delivering justice to the Maratha community without infringing on the rights of other social groups, addressing an event in Parbhani.

Speaking at a farmer and youth interaction programme held in Parbhani, Shinde highlighted the state administration's stance on the ongoing Maratha reservation issue. He affirmed that the interests of Other Backward Classes (OBCs), Bahujans, tribals, and other communities would remain protected while addressing the Maratha community's demands.

During his address, the Deputy Chief Minister stressed the necessity of maintaining social harmony and pursuing a legal framework to reach a resolution. He reiterated that justice should be delivered to the Maratha community without taking away anyone else's rights as the government works toward resolving the matter.
