Eknath Shinde Speaks to Stranded Maharashtra Residents in Flooded Nepal

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has reached out via video call to tourists and residents from the state who are stranded in Nepal following devastating floods, assuring them of support for their safe return.
According to preliminary information gathered by Maharashtra's State Emergency Operation Center (SEOC), more than 80 people from Maharashtra are reported to be stranded across affected areas in Nepal.
State authorities stated that administrative efforts have been stepped up to verify details of the affected citizens. Officials are actively working to coordinate assistance with relevant agencies to facilitate the safe and timely return of all stranded residents.
