Family Awaits Answers Two Months After Infant Dies at Mumbai's Wadia Hospital

Two months after the Bhoiwada police forwarded a complaint seeking an investigation into the death of four-month-old Shivansh Patil at Wadia Hospital, his family is still waiting for clarity regarding the inquiry.

The investigating department at JJ Hospital, which was tasked with examining the circumstances surrounding the infant's death, has not yet shared any updates on the matter.

Efforts to obtain details regarding the current status of the investigation from both JJ Hospital and the Bhoiwada police have received no response.

Shivansh's father, Ashish Patil, stated that the family has been left in the dark since the complaint was filed, seeking nothing more than an explanation for their child's death.

"It has been two months since the police submitted the complaint, but we have still not received any clear information about the investigation," said Ashish Patil. "We want to know what exactly happened to our son and what caused his death. We are not asking for anything unreasonable; we just want the truth."

Shivansh's mother, Archana Patil, along with the rest of the family, continues to await an official update from the authorities to understand what caused the four-month-old's death.
