IRCTC Mumbai Announces 9-Day Japan Tour Package Covering Tokyo to Hiroshima

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), West Zone, Mumbai, has announced an eight-night and nine-day international group tour to Japan, offering travellers a route from Tokyo to Hiroshima.

The tour, titled “Japan – The Golden Route with Hiroshima” (Package Code: WMO054), is scheduled to run from October 25 to November 3, 2026. International flights for the package will be operated with Air India.

IRCTC has priced the package at Rs 3,36,200 per person on a twin-sharing basis, with an additional 2 per cent Tax Collected at Source (TCS) applicable to the total cost.

According to the official itinerary, the journey will cover several major destinations across the country, including Tokyo, Mount Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and Hiroshima.

The tour begins in the capital city of Tokyo, where visitors will be taken to several key sightseeing locations. The listed attractions in Tokyo include the digital art exhibition teamLab Planets, the historic Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo Skytree, Shibuya Crossing, and the electronics and pop-culture district of Akihabara.

Following Tokyo, the itinerary progresses through Mount Fuji and the western regions of Japan, including cultural and historical landmarks in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and Hiroshima over the course of the eight-night itinerary.

The group tour has been organised by IRCTC’s West Zone office in Mumbai for departures scheduled for late October 2026.
