MUMBAI — Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan attended the 25-year celebration of Aamir Khan Productions in Mumbai on June 13, drawing significant fashion attention with her traditional outfit. The event was organized to mark the milestone of the film Lagaan and Aamir Khan Productions completing 25 years on June 15.
The special screening event in Mumbai was hosted by actor Aamir Khan and director Ashutosh Gowariker. The gathering was attended by several Bollywood A-listers, including actor Salman Khan. During the event, Kareena Kapoor Khan posed for photographs alongside Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, both of whom she has shared the silver screen with during her career spanning over 26 years.
Kapoor Khan turned heads at the celebration in a stunning pink suit. The outfit was sourced from the shelves of Ekaya Banaras and is priced at Rs 40,975. Made of soft silk, the traditional suit was inspired by the artist Amrita Sher-Gill.
The ensemble featured a flared kurta paired with straight pants and a matching sheer dupatta. The outfit was designed with a fluid drape to blend comfort and style, and it featured intricate, handwoven cutwork Banarasi accents that added detail to the silhouette and reflected light.
To elevate her look, the actor opted for Aquazzura heels. The luxury footwear is valued at Rs 1 lakh. The combination of the Rs 40,975 designer Banarasi suit and the expensive heels generated widespread media attention and fashion buzz at the anniversary event.
