Mahayuti Allies to Contest Upcoming Elections Together, Says Bawankule

Constituents of Maharashtra's ruling Mahayuti alliance have decided to contest upcoming elections jointly and refrain from publicly criticising one another, state Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule said following a meeting of alliance leaders in Mumbai.
Speaking after the joint meeting in Mumbai, the senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader confirmed that the allied parties reached an understanding to present a united front for the upcoming polls.
According to Bawankule, the alliance partners agreed that leaders and members should strictly avoid making critical or contradictory remarks against fellow coalition constituents during the election period.
The Mahayuti leadership convened the meeting in the city to coordinate their poll strategy and ensure cooperation among all allied parties.
