Metal Installations of Virat Kohli, Sunil Chhetri and Salman Khan Unveiled in Bandra West

Bandra West has introduced a new public art landmark with the opening of Legend Square near the iconic Mehboob Studio. The newly opened garden features three large metal installations paying tribute to prominent Indian personalities across sports and cinema: cricketer Virat Kohli, footballer Sunil Chhetri, and actor Salman Khan.
The artworks were conceptualised and crafted by metal artist Tyrell Valladares. Positioned prominently within the garden space, the installations depict the three icons and have quickly begun attracting attention from visitors and local residents across the suburb.
According to artist Tyrell Valladares, each of the three pieces stands at a significant scale to create a striking visual impact in the public park. The dimensions of each artwork measure 16 feet in height and eight feet in width. The structures were fabricated using mild steel and finished with epoxy paint to withstand outdoor conditions.
The installation of the three figures brings together major figures from Indian cricket, national football, and Bollywood at a single location in Bandra West. Situated close to Mehboob Studio, Legend Square serves as the permanent home for the metal tributes, adding to the neighbourhood's collection of outdoor public art and cultural landmarks.
