Mid-Day Wins Happiest Places to Work Awards 2026 in Mumbai

Mid-Day was named a winner at the Happiest Places to Work Awards 2026 in Mumbai under the 251-500 employee size category.

The Mumbai-based publication received the recognition for its organisational initiatives focused on employee well-being, workplace culture, inclusion, recognition, and overall engagement.

More than 60 companies participated in the 2026 edition of the awards. The comprehensive evaluation process assessed organisations through employee happiness surveys, culture audits of workplace initiatives, and public forum signals.

Under the assessment criteria, organisations that scored 7 or above in the happiness survey and completed the culture audit within the stipulated deadline were shortlisted for the final jury review.

Members of Mid-Day's human resources team represented the organisation to receive the award.
