Mimoh Chakraborty Stars In Vikram Bhatt Horror Film Haunted 3D Echoes Of The Past

The upcoming Bollywood horror film 'Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past', directed by Vikram Bhatt, is scheduled for release in 2026. The movie features actor Mimoh Chakraborty in the lead role of a devastated filmmaker who flees Mumbai after discovering a personal betrayal.

In the film, Chakraborty plays Devadutt Choudhary, also known as Dev, a reputed Mumbai-based filmmaker whose latest project, 'Laila Majnu', is on the verge of release. Dev is in love with the film’s lead actress, Sonali, played by Aradhna. However, just days before the release, Dev catches Sonali with the film’s male lead.

A heartbroken Dev leaves Mumbai without informing anyone, accompanied by his cousin Titu, played by Gaurav Bajpai. The two travel until they arrive at a quiet hill station named Maniktal, where Dev hopes to find peace and solace.

While searching for a place to rent, a local broker shows Dev images of the Maniktal Palace. Dev decides to rent the property, but he and Titu quickly realize that something is wrong with the estate.

All the windows and doors of the palace's right wing are completely shut, while the left wing remains wide open. The palace caretaker, Trilok, played by Hemant Pandey, informs the new tenants that the right wing has remained locked for decades because the keys are missing.

On their first night in the palace, Dev is awakened by an eerie noise. He discovers that the doors to the forbidden right wing have opened. Upon entering, he encounters an evil spirit and a woman named Sunheri, played by Chetna Pande, who is being harmed by the spirit. Dev soon realizes that Sunheri belongs to an entirely different era.

Promotional media, including a set of five photos and the official synopsis for 'Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past', have been made available to the public ahead of the film's 2026 release schedule.
