Missing 13-Year-Old Gorai Girl Found Safe at Mathura Temple After Three-Day Search

A 13-year-old girl who went missing from her residence in Gorai, Borivali, has been found safe inside a temple in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, following a three-day search operation by the Mumbai Police.
The teenager had left her home in Gorai on August 22 without informing her family. She lived with her mother, her elder sister, and her father, who works as an autorickshaw driver. The family is originally from Uttar Pradesh.
After discovering that the girl was gone, her parents approached the Borivali police, prompting authorities to register a case and launch an interstate missing-person investigation.
The girl is a devoted follower of Lord Krishna and Radha, which led police teams to track her movements toward the temple town of Mathura.
The three-day search had initially appeared to be going nowhere until a senior police inspector from the Borivali police visited a Krishna temple in Mathura. The officer paused before a statue of Lord Krishna to offer a prayer for help in locating the missing child.
Upon opening his eyes after praying, the senior inspector was shocked to find the 13-year-old girl standing right beside him. The discovery brought an emotional end to the search and resulted in the safe recovery of the teenager.
