Mumbai and suburbs to see light rain and cloudy skies over next 48 hours

Mumbai and its surrounding suburbs are expected to witness cloudy skies along with intermittent light spells of rain over the next 48 hours, according to the Regional Meteorological Centre, Mumbai.

Residents across parts of the city woke up to rain spells on Saturday morning. Weather officials noted that isolated areas also recorded periods of heavy showers earlier in the day.

Over the next two days, the weather agency projects continued light rainfall across both the city and suburban belts. Skies are anticipated to remain predominantly cloudy throughout this period.

Temperatures in the region are expected to remain steady, with the maximum temperature reaching 32 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature settling at 27 degrees Celsius.
