Mumbai Marathon Organiser Procam International Launches 100 Days of Running Initiative

Procam International, the promoter and organiser of the Mumbai Marathon, has launched the 100 Days of Running fitness initiative in Mumbai to encourage citizens across all age groups and fitness levels to incorporate everyday activity into their routines.

The fitness campaign, also known as HDOR, has now been officially integrated under the Procam umbrella. It is designed to promote regular physical exercise through flexible, accessible formats rather than competitive athletic standards alone.

According to Vivek Singh, Joint Managing Director of Procam International, the initiative draws inspiration from the broader Fit India movement, aiming to broaden the definition and reach of fitness.

"We are inspired by the vision of Fit India," Singh said. "Fitness is not just for athletes; we wanted to make HDOR an everyday and accessible initiative. The 100 Days of Running invites people of all ages and fitness levels to run, walk, cycle or take on a duathlon, wherever they are and in a way that works for them."

Through the initiative, participants can engage in varied fitness activities including running, walking, cycling, or duathlons at their own pace and from their own locations, making everyday fitness achievable for the wider public.
