The coordination meeting brought together civic officials and representatives from various Ganesh mandals across Mumbai to discuss logistical arrangements ahead of the 10-day festival.

Key discussions during the review focused on public safety measures, health service deployment, and the readiness of civic infrastructure. The review also covered arrangements across 378 immersion sites designated for the festival.
