Mumbai One App Crosses 1 Crore Ticket Bookings in 10 Months

Mumbai’s integrated public transport application, Mumbai One, has surpassed the one-crore mark in ticket bookings across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, according to figures released by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority.
The common mobility platform registered 1,04,11,824 ticket transactions within ten months of its launch. In addition to ticket sales, the platform has recorded 8.16 lakh downloads.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Mumbai One app on October 8, 2025. The platform was established to consolidate multiple public transport operators under a single digital ticketing system and simplify multimodal travel for commuters across the region.
According to the authority, the application is expected to play a larger role in public transportation as new Metro corridors become operational across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
