Mumbai Police Control Room Receives Hoax Bomb Threat Targeting Delhi Red Fort

The Mumbai Police Control Room received a threat call claiming that Delhi's historic Red Fort would be blown up with explosives, prompting an immediate security response. The call, which was received at the control room in Mumbai, led to swift coordination between the police forces of both cities to secure the historic monument.

Upon receiving the threat call, the Mumbai Police promptly alerted the Delhi Police Control Room. Following this alert, the Delhi Police Control Room informed the North District Police to initiate the necessary security measures and verification protocols.

A thorough inspection and investigation were subsequently conducted at the site. Following this search, the Delhi Police officially declared the bomb threat to be a hoax. No suspicious object or explosive material was found during the search of the Red Fort.

An investigation is currently underway to trace the caller who made the threat to the Mumbai Police Control Room. Authorities are working to determine the source of the threat and identify the individual responsible for the hoax call.
