Mumbai Weather: Light to Moderate Rain, High Tide of 4.36 Metres Forecast

Mumbai and its suburbs are forecast to experience partly cloudy skies along with occasional spells of light to moderate rainfall on Monday, August 31, 2026, according to the morning weather update issued at 8 am.

The weather forecast also indicates that the city and surrounding suburban areas are likely to encounter occasional gusty winds throughout the day alongside the intermittent rain spells.

In addition to the rainfall forecast, coastal authorities have noted significant tidal activity along the city's coastline. A high tide measuring 4.36 metres is expected to hit the Mumbai coast at 1:33 pm on August 31.

A subsequent high tide has been forecast for early the following morning. The second high tide, measuring 4.26 metres, is expected to occur at 2:09 am on September 1.
