Muslim Youths in Mumbra Help Rescue Ganesh Idol After Trolley Wheel Breaks

A group of Muslim youths in Mumbra stepped in to help rescue a Ganesh idol after the trolley transporting it suffered a broken wheel and was on the verge of toppling over.

The incident took place while a public Ganesh festival committee from Bhiwandi was transporting its idol from Mumbra to Bhiwandi. During the journey, the trolley’s tyre was punctured, causing the wheel to break and the vehicle to overturn.

The sudden breakdown left the idol precarious and on the brink of falling onto the road. Seeing the distress, local Muslim youths in Mumbra rushed to the spot and assisted the committee members in steadying the vehicle and securing the idol.

Their timely intervention prevented the idol from sustaining damage. Following the rescue, a message of devotion and communal brotherhood was conveyed when a youth offered a coconut during the effort as the idol was safely secured.
