Nadiadwala Grandson Leases Andheri West Office Space for Rs 8.26 Lakh Monthly
Production house Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited has leased commercial office space at Lotus Grandeur, situated off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, to Rhea and Dia Enterprises Private Limited for a monthly rent of Rs 8.26 lakh. The transaction details were documented and shared by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix.
The registered agreement covers office premises Nos. 803 and 804, located on the eighth floor of the commercial building in Andheri West. The deal was formally registered on September 1, 2026, with the lease term and rental payments commencing retroactively from August 1, 2026.
According to the agreement terms, the lease has been executed for a total tenure of 28 months. As part of the financial arrangement, the tenant, Rhea and Dia Enterprises Private Limited, deposited a security amount of Rs 30 lakh.
The commercial contract includes a mandatory 12-month lock-in period for the premises. Additionally, the lease terms stipulate a 5% rent escalation that will take effect every 12 months throughout the duration of the agreement.
Under the terms of the transaction, the tenant has been allocated two designated car parking spaces within the Lotus Grandeur premises. Property taxes and ongoing building maintenance charges are included directly within the licence fee and will be borne entirely by the licensor, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited.
