NCP (SP) Rules Out Support to NDA and Clarifies Delimitation Stance

The Sharad Pawar-led Nationalist Congress Party (NCP SP) on Monday dismissed speculation that it could extend support to the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), reaffirming that it remains firmly with the Opposition INDIA bloc.
The party's stance was outlined following recent political developments. According to NCP (SP) spokesperson Mahesh Tapase, party MP and working president Supriya Sule recently led a delegation to Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss key issues concerning Maharashtra.
Addressing discussions around the proposed national delimitation exercise, the NCP (SP) stated that its position will be finalized only after the central government presents the final draft of the Bill in Parliament.
The party added that it would thoroughly examine the government's final proposal before deciding its detailed position on the matter.
