NIEPA to Review Mumbai University's Three-Year NEP Implementation

Mumbai University has engaged the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration to review its three-year progress in implementing the National Education Policy across its network in Mumbai.

The comprehensive review aims to evaluate whether academic reforms introduced under the policy have been translated into practice beyond formal rule books and implemented in their true spirit.

During the assessment, a team from the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration is scheduled to visit a selected group of autonomous and affiliated colleges under Mumbai University.

The review will specifically evaluate key provisions of the National Education Policy, including structural updates to academic curricula, the rollout of multidisciplinary learning models, the adoption of credit frameworks, and the introduction of programme flexibility for enrolled students.
