Nigerian Influencer Stanley Agu To Make Bollywood Debut In Anurag Kashyap's Bandar

Nigerian influencer Agu Stanley Chiedozie, popularly known to his online followers as Istanboss, is set to make his mainstream Bollywood acting debut in director Anurag Kashyap's upcoming crime thriller Bandar. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas worldwide on June 5, marking a significant transition for the former international student into the Indian film industry.

Agu first arrived in India from Lagos, Nigeria, seven years ago to pursue his studies. During his time as a student, he developed a deep appreciation for Indian cinema, a passion that was sparked after he watched Kashyap's acclaimed crime film Gangs of Wasseypur. This initial exposure to Bollywood inspired him to engage more deeply with the local culture.

Over the subsequent years, Agu built a massive digital presence, establishing an Instagram empire that currently boasts over one million followers.
