Nitesh Rane Directs Officials to Speed Up Panvel Aquarium and Sea Lion Centre Project

Maharashtra Fisheries Minister Nitesh Rane on Tuesday directed officials to expedite work on the proposed Silla Aquarium and Sea Lion Entertainment Centre at the fisheries sub-centre in Panvel, Raigad district, with a target of laying the foundation stone by Diwali.

The proposed facility is envisioned as a dedicated destination for marine tourism, education, and scientific research in the region.

Following the directive, administrative officials have been instructed to accelerate the necessary groundwork and project preparations to meet the scheduled festive timeline for the commencement of work.
