Palghar District to Launch Revenue Resolution Camps for 15000 Citizens

The Palghar District Administration will launch the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Revenue Resolution Campaign across multiple localities, including Jawhar, Palghar, Virar (East), Wada Taluka, Dahanu, Boisar, and Vasai (East), from July 22 to July 25, 2026. Under the guidance of Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, the initiative aims to deliver 15 citizen services, certificates, and welfare scheme benefits directly to an estimated 10,000 to 15,000 residents at single-location camps.
The campaign follows a Maharashtra Government Resolution issued on July 9, 2026, to mark the birth anniversary of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on July 22 and the birth anniversary of the late former Deputy Chief Minister Ajitdada Pawar. The initiative consolidates multiple government departments to make public services faster, more transparent, and citizen-centric.
One Revenue Resolution Camp will be organised in each Assembly constituency. On July 22, camps will be held at K.V. High School Ground in Jawhar, Sonopant Dandekar College in Palghar, Sagar Banquet Hall in Manvel Pada, Virar (East), and Sanskrutik Bhavan in Pali, Wada Taluka.
On July 25, the camps will be set up at Panchal Samaj Sabhagruh in Vadkun, Dahanu; Vidya Vinod Adhikari Vidyalaya in Nagzari, Boisar; and G.G. College in Vasai (East).
District Collector Dr. Indu Rani Jakhar recently chaired a review meeting with Revenue Department officials, Sub-Divisional Officers, Tehsildars, and Naib Tehsildars to ensure smooth execution.
The camps will offer services such as Farmer ID distribution, regularisation of residential encroachments on government land, updated 7/12 records, and agricultural land partition deeds. The administration also plans to distribute 28,000 land ownership deeds (sanads) and approved map copies to 1.5 lakh forest rights holders.
Special initiatives for women include the distribution of agricultural land to eligible women's Self-Help Groups under the Rajmata Jijau Women Empowerment Scheme, the issuance of Women Farmer Status Certificates, and the inclusion of wives' names in 7/12 land records. Eligible women will also be enrolled under the Ladki Bahin Yojana.
Other services available at the camps include Aadhaar authentication, UDID registration for persons with disabilities, Ayushman Bharat Health Cards, SVAMITVA Property Cards, and digital life certificates.
