Plot Details Revealed For Upcoming Horror Film Haunted 3D Echoes Of The Past

Details of the upcoming 3D horror film Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past have been revealed ahead of its scheduled release in 2026. The storyline begins in Mumbai, where the protagonist, a filmmaker named Devadutt "Dev" Choudhary, faces a personal crisis before fleeing to a mysterious hill station.

The film stars Mimoh Chakraborty in the lead role of Dev, alongside Chetna Pande, Aradhna, Gaurav Bajpai, and Hemant Pandey. The project is associated with filmmaker Vikram Bhatt.

According to the newly released plot details, Dev is a reputed filmmaker in Mumbai whose latest movie, Laila Majnu, is on the verge of release. He is deeply in love with the film's lead actress, Sonali, played by Aradhna. However, just days before the premiere, Dev discovers Sonali with the film's male lead.

Devastated by the discovery, Dev decides to leave Mumbai immediately without informing anyone. He is accompanied by his cousin, Titu, played by Gaurav Bajpai. The pair travels until they reach a quiet hill station named Maniktal, where Dev seeks peace and solace.

While searching for a place to rent in Maniktal, a local broker shows Dev the historic Maniktal Palace. Dev decides to rent the property, but he and Titu quickly realize that something is wrong with the estate. The palace caretaker, Trilok, played by Hemant Pandey, informs them that the right wing of the palace has been locked for decades and that the keys have been lost.

During their first night at the palace, Dev is awakened by an eerie noise. He discovers that the doors to the forbidden right wing have opened. Upon entering, he witnesses an evil spirit harming a young woman named Sunheri, played by Chetna Pande. Dev soon realizes that Sunheri belongs to an entirely different era, setting off the central conflict of the horror film.
