Police intervene after man holds onto woman's feet at Borivali Railway Station
Police personnel recently intervened at Borivali Railway Station in Mumbai after a young man lay flat on a platform floor and tightly held onto a woman's feet as she attempted to walk away. Despite her efforts, the man refused to let go of her feet.
