Protest Video Figure Rhiya Ahir in Race for Fan-Voted Bigg Boss 20 Entry

Model and actor Rhiya Ahir, who drew public attention after a video from a student protest at Shivaji Park in Mumbai went viral, is in the race to enter the upcoming season of 'Bigg Boss 20' through a fan-driven vote.

Ahir rose to prominence last month when footage captured her blocking a Mumbai Police vehicle transporting detained demonstrators during a protest at Shivaji Park. The clip circulated widely on social media platforms following the incident.

She is currently competing against Love Gill for the reality show's sole fan-voted spot. Under the 'Fans Ka Faisla' format, viewers are granted the opportunity to vote for one of the two contenders to secure an entry into the competition.

The contender who wins the vote will receive an 'Extra Jeevan Daan' and officially enter the Bigg Boss house during the show's Grand Premiere on September 6. The 20th season of the show is scheduled to air on COLORS and stream on JioHotstar, featuring Salman Khan returning as host.

Voting for the contest is conducted exclusively through the JioHotstar application and remains open until September 2 at 11:59 pm. The final result will be revealed during the Grand Premiere broadcast, where the selected contestant will be formally welcomed into the house.
