Sachin Ahir Inspects R. A. Podar Ayurvedic Hospital In Worli

Maharashtra Legislative Council Deputy Chairman Sachin Ahir visited the R. A. Podar Ayurvedic Hospital in Worli to review the medical facilities, administrative functioning, and student accommodations at the institution. During the visit, Ahir inspected several hospital departments and instructed the administration to ensure seamless, high-quality care for all patients.
As part of his inspection, Ahir reviewed the Ayurvedic Panchakarma department, taking detailed information regarding the advanced treatment methods being provided to patients. He subsequently walked through the hospital wards to interact directly with individuals undergoing treatment, enquiring about their health and treatment progress before expressing satisfaction over the healthcare services being delivered.
In addition to evaluating patient care areas, Ahir inspected the hostel facilities provided to students pursuing medical education at the hospital and took stock of the amenities available to them. His visit focused on assessing both the management and operational standards of the institution, which has made a significant contribution to the field of Ayurvedic medicine.
Directing the hospital leadership, Ahir emphasized that access to the best, quality, and comprehensive healthcare services is the right of every citizen. He issued instructions stating that the administration should work promptly to ensure patients do not face any inconvenience.
The review visit was conducted in the presence of hospital Medical Superintendent and Dean Sampada Sant, department head Datta Narvankar, corporator Vanita Narvankar, along with other officials and functionaries.
