Shweta Tiwari Flags Cockroach in Delivery Order, Tags FDA Chief Tukaram Mundhe

MUMBAI — Television actor Shweta Tiwari has raised concerns over food hygiene after allegedly finding a cockroach in her home following a cold drink delivery, urging Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) commissioner Tukaram Mundhe to intervene.

Tiwari shared a video on social media showing a cockroach crawling inside her residence alongside the cold drink items she had ordered. In the post, she tagged the food delivery platform and appealed directly to Mundhe to look into the matter.

In the video clip, Tiwari remarked on the incident, saying, "And along with that, a cockroach came too. Look at this, the cockroach is running all over the house. There it is, a tiny one. So, should we tag Mr Tukaram Mundhe? Mundhe ji, cockroaches have now started entering our home. Where are you? Please look into this."

The actor used her social media platform to highlight hygiene standards and draw official attention to food safety practices concerning delivered orders.
