Supreme Universal Secures 1-Acre Carter Road Land Parcel in Bandra West

Luxury real estate developer Supreme Universal has secured development rights for an approximately one-acre land parcel off Carter Road in Bandra West, projecting an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 1,500 crore.

The proposed development is planned along the Bandra West coastline, an area marked by a scarcity of sizeable developable land parcels. The developer has previously executed residential projects in both Carter Road and Pali Hill.

According to the project details, the developer is conceptualising the project as one of the taller residential towers in the Bandra neighbourhood. The design focuses on open spaces, privacy, and expansive views of the Arabian Sea. Each residence is planned to feature a private sea-facing terrace, alongside large-format living layouts and private outdoor areas.

The project plans also incorporate a wide range of luxury lifestyle amenities. Planned facilities include an ocean-facing terrace garden, a pickleball court, private dining rooms, a banquet hall, a resort-style spa, conference and co-working spaces, a wellness and fitness centre, and a private cinema theatre.

The development site off Carter Road provides connectivity through Mumbai's coastal road network alongside access to established local social infrastructure and coastal green spaces.
