Thane Police Announce Traffic Diversions in Rabodi, Mumbra and Kalyan on August 26

Thane Traffic Police have announced traffic restrictions and diversions across several key areas in Thane district on Wednesday, August 26, to accommodate Eid-e-Milad processions. The vehicular regulations will be enforced in Rabodi, Mumbra, Bhiwandi, Kalyan, and Vitthalwadi.

According to police officials, multiple roads across these localities will face no-entry restrictions between 2 pm and 10 pm. The restrictions have been scheduled during the hours when the processions are expected to move through the major thoroughfares of the district.

To manage vehicular flow and prevent congestion, traffic will be diverted through alternative routes. Officials stated that these measures are aimed at facilitating the smooth and unhindered movement of the processions while maintaining road safety across the affected zones.

Motorists travelling through Rabodi, Mumbra, Kalyan, Vitthalwadi, and Bhiwandi during the afternoon and evening hours on August 26 are advised to account for the diversions and plan their journeys around the designated no-entry routes.
