Three injured in Bhandup West gas cylinder maintenance fire

Three people suffered severe burn injuries on Sunday afternoon after a fire erupted due to a gas leakage during maintenance work in Aman Nagar, Khindipada in Bhandup West, Mumbai. The injured individuals were immediately taken to Agarwal Hospital in Mulund for medical treatment.
According to an official from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) disaster management cell, the incident occurred while a local worker was carrying out maintenance work related to a gas cylinder. A leakage during this work led to the sudden fire.
The three victims who sustained injuries in the incident have been identified as Pramila Vishwakarma, age 50, Aradhana Vishwakarma, age 24, and Mohammad, age 52.
Medical reports indicate that Pramila Vishwakarma suffered 40 percent burns, while Mohammad sustained 30 percent burns. Aradhana Vishwakarma suffered 20 percent burns from the fire. All three victims were reported to be in stable condition at the Mulund hospital as of Sunday night.
