Video of Influencer Confronted Over Donation to Disabled Beggar in Mumbai Goes Viral

A video of a foreign Instagram influencer donating money to a physically disabled beggar in Mumbai has gained widespread attention online after another woman confronted him over his decision.

In the footage shared by the creator under the account Cris Travelss, the influencer is seen handing Rs 100 to a disabled man on the street. He explained to a nearby woman that he believed the man had a greater need for financial assistance.

The woman, speaking in English, challenged the influencer and claimed that she was also disabled. She displayed documents and medicines to substantiate her claim, stating that she required money to pay for food and medical treatment.

During the encounter, the influencer turned to speak directly with the man about his health condition. The man explained that he had polio, and the video showed him exhibiting severe mobility issues. In response, the woman alleged that the man was a regular beggar in the area and claimed that he could earn roughly Rs 2,000 each day through public donations.

The discussion grew heated as the influencer continued to stand by his decision to assist the man. Pointing to the man's physical condition, the influencer stated that he would offer the woman similar help if she were facing a comparable situation.

Following the argument, the influencer handed the disabled man an additional Rs 100, bringing his total monetary contribution to Rs 200.

In the caption accompanying the video, the creator wrote that he genuinely believed the man required immediate help upon encountering him in Mumbai. He also asked his followers and viewers how they would have responded if placed in the same situation.
