Western Railway Announces Additional Ganpati Special Trains From Mumbai

Western Railway has announced additional trips for several Ganpati Special trains from Mumbai to clear the heavy passenger rush during the upcoming festival. The special services will connect Mumbai to multiple destinations, including Ratnagiri, Thokur, and Sawantwadi Road, with ticket bookings set to open on August 15.

The extra train services were scheduled in response to high passenger demand along these routes. Vineet Abhishek, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, confirmed the decision in a press release issued on Thursday.

All additional Ganpati Special services will operate as special trains running on special fares to facilitate smoother travel for passengers travelling during the festival period.
