Woman Allegedly Assaulted at Vasai West Bar, Police Complaint Filed

An allegation of assault involving a female customer has been reported at the Golden Rock Bar and Restaurant in Vasai West, where a person associated with the establishment allegedly attacked a woman following a dispute.

According to available information, the woman had visited the bar accompanied by her son and daughter. She was reportedly asked to leave the premises because she was allegedly intoxicated. An argument broke out shortly thereafter, during which an individual associated with the bar allegedly assaulted her.

The incident reportedly occurred in front of the woman's children and in the presence of other patrons who were inside the establishment at the time.

Following the altercation, Melvin Sequeira approached the Manikpur Police Station to demand a fair and thorough investigation into the matter. He has urged law enforcement officials to examine CCTV footage from the venue, question eyewitnesses who were present, and take strict legal action against those found responsible.

Authorities will establish the veracity and sequence of the allegations as the police investigation progresses.
