Wylth Founder Amit Shah Buys Two Lower Parel Luxury Flats for Rs 92.51 Crore

Amit Shah, founder and chief executive officer of wealth-tech platform Wylth, has purchased two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Lower Parel for a combined Rs 92.51 crore, according to property registration data sourced from Zapkey.

The high-value transactions were registered on August 20, 2026. The two premium apartments were purchased from developer Kalpataru Properties Limited, with each individual residence valued at approximately Rs 46.25 crore. Shah was formerly a chief executive officer and board member at IIFL Capital Pte. Ltd. before founding Wylth.

Both residential properties are situated on the 40th habitable floor of Wing A in the Kalpataru One luxury project in Lower Parel. Each apartment offers a RERA carpet area of 410.84 square metres, equivalent to 4,422 square feet. Together, the two adjacent homes provide a total combined RERA carpet area of 821.68 square metres, or 8,844 square feet.

In addition to the internal RERA carpet area, the two properties feature a combined open balcony area measuring 63.48 square metres (684 square feet), with each individual flat accounting for 31.74 square metres (342 square feet) of open balcony space. The transaction works out to an effective rate of approximately Rs 1.05 lakh per square foot calculated on the basis of RERA carpet area. The purchase agreement also secures eight dedicated vehicle parking spaces in the building, allotting four parking bays to each apartment.

The purchase represents another major transaction recorded in the Kalpataru One development in recent months. In July, the family of veteran market investor Bharat Shah bought four luxury residences in the same building for a total consideration of approximately Rs 180 crore. Those four flats spanned a combined RERA carpet area of around 17,689 square feet and came with 16 assigned vehicle parking spaces.

The series of large-ticket transactions highlights persistent demand for expansive, large-format luxury homes in Mumbai's Lower Parel and Worli corridor, where limited supply of expansive apartments and close proximity to major commercial centres continue to support premium property pricing.
