Dharmendra Pradhan Releases Urdu Book on PM Modi's Independence Day Speeches

Union Minister for Education Dharmendra Pradhan has released a new book in Delhi that compiles the Independence Day speeches of Prime Minister Narendra Modi translated into Urdu.

The book, titled "Khutbat-e-Modi: Lal Qila Ki Faseel Se", is a compilation of the annual Independence Day addresses delivered by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the ramparts of the Red Fort. The collection spans more than a decade, compiling the speeches delivered between the years 2014 and 2025.

This Urdu edition was brought out and published by the National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL), which is based in New Delhi. The NCPUL is a national institution operating under the Ministry of Education. It is officially mandated to promote, preserve, and propagate the Urdu language across the country.

The primary goal of publishing "Khutbat-e-Modi: Lal Qila Ki Faseel Se" is to take the Prime Minister's thoughts on various national and social issues directly to the Urdu-knowing masses. By providing these translations, the publication makes the Prime Minister's Independence Day addresses accessible to Urdu-reading audiences.

As a national institution under the Ministry of Education, the National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language is tasked with preserving and promoting Urdu throughout India. The release of this compilation by Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is part of the council's mandate to make important national addresses and documents available in the Urdu language.

The compiled addresses cover a period of twelve years, from the Prime Minister's first Independence Day speech in 2014 up to his address in 2025. This allows the Urdu-knowing masses to read and understand the Prime Minister's messages and thoughts on different issues as expressed during these national events.

Through this translated compilation, the speeches delivered by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the Red Fort between 2014 and 2025 are preserved in a single volume, ensuring that his thoughts on different issues remain accessible to the Urdu-speaking public.
