Livlit Launches 91-Bed Student Residence Anugraha on Gulmohar Road in Juhu-Vile Parle
Co-living operator Livlit has launched Anugraha, a 91-bed premium student residence on Gulmohar Road in Juhu-Vile Parle, located roughly 1.5 km from Andheri Metro and Andheri railway stations. The launch marks the operator's 12th property across Mumbai.
The 11-storey property spans 12,000 square feet and operates as a premium unisex co-living facility designed for students and young professionals. Situated opposite Criticare Hospital on Gulmohar Road, the building is located in close proximity to major educational institutions such as Mithibai College, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (NM College), and NMIMS. The location also offers connectivity to commercial hubs, including Andheri East and the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).
The residence features French-inspired interiors with striped motifs and offers amenities such as a café-style dining area, resident lounge, wellness room, rooftop space, and designer kitchens situated on every floor. Monthly rentals at the facility start at Rs 65,000.
Mayank Bajaj, Founder of Livlit, noted that Vile Parle remains one of Mumbai's oldest and most competitive student housing hubs, catering to over 5,000 students annually. He stated that securing the property allows the company to provide quality amenities and a well-connected living environment tailored to student needs.
Livlit stated that the opening of Anugraha aligns with its broader expansion strategy targeting professionally managed student housing in well-connected city locations to meet increasing demand for organised co-living.
