Manoj Jarange Warns of Five-Phase Maratha March to Mumbai Over Quota Demands

Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil has issued a warning to the Maharashtra state government, stating that six crore Marathas could march to Mumbai in five phases if key demands regarding Kunbi caste certificates are not met.
Speaking ahead of his planned demonstration, Jarange Patil launched a scathing attack on the state administration. The activist announced plans to begin an indefinite hunger strike on August 29 to press for the community's demands.
Jarange Patil laid out the specific demands concerning Kunbi caste certificates, warning that the community is prepared to mobilize on a massive scale if the state fails to take decisive action.
The proposed five-phase march to the state capital would follow the hunger strike if the government does not fulfill the Maratha reservation requirements.
