MSEDCL Resolves 743 Consumer Complaints at Panvel Camps

As many as 743 electricity consumers had their grievances resolved during a three-day customer satisfaction camp organised by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) across the Panvel City Division in Navi Mumbai.

The special camps were held from August 17 to August 19 to help consumers resolve their issues locally. The initiative also focused on providing information to the public regarding various schemes, services, and facilities offered by MSEDCL.

According to the utility, most of the grievances submitted by consumers during the three-day drive were related to electricity billing.

The initiative provided a direct platform for residents in the Panvel area to raise concerns and obtain resolutions on-site from distribution officials.
