Vivek Tiwari's Sadak Satyagraha Over Vasai-Virar Roads Enters Sixth Day

The "Sadak Satyagraha" hunger strike led by Cockroach Janta Party activist Vivek Tiwari over poor road conditions and inadequate infrastructure in the Vasai-Virar region of Palghar district reached its sixth day on Thursday.
Tiwari launched the indefinite hunger strike to protest against the deteriorating state of roads and lacking civic infrastructure in the area, situated on the outskirts of Mumbai. The agitation has continued for nearly a week as demonstrators seek action on civic connectivity issues.
On the sixth day of the demonstration, a delegation from the Cockroach Janta Party visited the protest site. The visiting members expressed solidarity with the agitation and assessed the worsening health conditions of the fasting protesters.
The demonstration in Palghar has also attracted broader political attention, with local leaders representing the Congress and other political parties extending their formal support to the protest.
