Sanjana Sanghi Says Only Hrithik Roshan Leaves Her Star-Struck, Recalls Rockstar Debut

MUMBAI — Actress Sanjana Sanghi has revealed that fellow actor Hrithik Roshan is the only celebrity in the film industry who has the power to leave her feeling star-struck.
Speaking in a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, the Dil Bechara star reflected on her early entry into Bollywood and how she has historically maintained her composure around major cinema icons.
Sanghi made her film debut at the age of 14 in the movie Rockstar, where she performed alongside Ranbir Kapoor. Despite starting her career as a teenager and working with some of the industry's most prominent figures, she explained that she rarely felt overwhelmed by the fame of her co-stars.
"Actually, any filmmaker that you ask or talk to who I have even worked with when I was just growing up, like when I was 13 or 16, one thing I have never been is star-struck," Sanghi said during the interview.
The actress clarified that while she holds her fellow actors and directors in high regard, she does not experience the typical anxiety or nervousness that often comes with meeting famous personalities.
"And it's not that I don't look at them with awe or think of them with awe, of course, I do," Sanghi stated. "But somehow I don't flutter and mutter and stutter when I see them."
Despite her usual calm demeanor, Sanghi confessed that Hrithik Roshan remains her sole exception. She admitted that she still finds herself stumbling when it comes to the star, noting that no one else in the industry has that effect on her.
The actress's reflections offer a glimpse into her experience as a young actor growing up in the spotlight, balancing professional relationships with her personal admiration for Bollywood's leading figures.
